SUPPLEMENTAL REVENUE FOR ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS
During tenure at Ashland University, participated in and eventually administered cable television auction to raise supplemental funds for Radio and Television Department. This practice began in 1979 raising a modest five-thousand dollars. Ten years later the auction generated over fifty-thousand dollars. Although not a great amount of money, it was impressive given the fact that Ashland is a community with a population of only twenty thousand people.
