About the project
Mobile Systems is a Radiocom paging network operator in Ukraine.
The template in Ukrainian language was designed in 1999 but never made it into an actual website for reasons that are unknown to me. It is stored locally on my server.
Responsibilities in the project: layout, graphics, photography, HTML, CSS.
